We have not had a real budget since fekking Kurt Cobain was alive! THAT’S HOW LONG we’ve let the House rot, and continue to screw the American public in a perpetual state of procedural dysfunction.

But if there’s ANY chance of accomplishing that, ousting McCarthy had to be the first step.
