Some of us do not have the genetic makeup that makes us curvy or meaty-at 5’8” and 100-105 lbs, I’m one. I’ve followed an all organic/non-processed paleo type diet most of my life, I work out and work for a small construction company as worker safety person. I have never had a big fat ass to haul around like my acquaintances who were curvy when young and are obese now.
