My personal views almost exactly for the last few decades on everything the government says.

That said, I follow the “or” eat meat and fat etc philosophy to an extreme and find that I am far stronger and substantially healthier overall than most of the men half my age.

Same here for relative to peers.

If I had more money, I would eat way more filet, wild salmon, and egg yolk.

It’s crazy if you look at a beach picture from the 50’s compared to today.
The percentage of obese is drastically higher.
Also, zero white females with tattoos.

Having had COVID twice, it was 10 days from first detection to a negative RAT (at home test). It is just plain irresponsible to go out in public when sick and contagious. A negative RAT is a simple, effective way to ensure that you are not "sharing" your infection. The reason I got infected was my wife's co-workers in a small police department dispatch office. Her co-workers were infected by their own families and brought it to the office. I work from home, so my only exposure was from my wife.

My wife retired on Dec 27, 2023. She is out of that dispatch office and we didn't get another case of COVID as had occurred in Jan 2022 and Jan 2023.

Mass insanity for 2+ years, and now people just shrug their shoulders about Covid. There will be no accounting or consequences for what happened because too many people bought into the madness. So now they will pretend like it never happened.

I stopped listening to the Center for Disinformation and Confusion on March 31, 2020, when “15 Days to Stop the Spread” became “Thirty Days to Flatten the Curve.

Meanwhile, my son was in the construction industry in Seattle with work flowing from everywhere. Not any more. And now Amazon is cleaning out some of its office space permanently. We’re seeing amazing business culture changes or businesses ending.

I expect a construction boom in converting empty commercial real estate (aka cubicle hives) into apartments for the invaders.

The change comes as most people have some sort of immunity to the virus either through vaccination or having COVID-19 in the past.

Big of them to admit the obvious and what everyone with a brain cell knew all along.

I would describe my overall nutrition plan as mainly Paleo and Mediterranean.
I also do swimming, volleyball, meditation, and yoga.

Anyone who takes a genuine interest in preparing and eating foods that resemble the Paleo and Mediterranean and diets are miles ahead of most people in our society. And of course, any type of regular exercise is a huge plus as well.

Unfortunately, I have a sweet tooth and a proclivity toward Wendy's “Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers $5 Biggie Bags” and Taco Bell's “Cravings packs”.
