There is nothing to worry abut in reality. The intent of these stories are really to make Trump look bad and build excitement that they got Trump now, when the person writing the story knows it's a nothing burger promoted as being a valid concern.
With the outside hope that some people might be swayed to not support Trump. These types of reports used to work to a degree, but overuse has made them less successful.

Amazing how damn stupid Newsweak is— their own lawyers could have told them that- as could anyone who has ever posted say a performance bond through a surety firm (as in the case of many if not most public construction projects, buildings etc). Trump Org has no doubt had to have the resources to post bonds of that sort and be “good for the money” on completion of a development. In the US and in foreign sites where they have properties (very impressive one in India, surprised to learn).

Again, you are spot on. I used to practice commercial law in NY, and I often had clients who needed a bond to stay a lien or judgment. The person buying the bond — in this case DJT — does not have to provide personal financial information; rather, the party giving the bond has to provide the current financial statement.
Send the bond to the court which ordered the bond.
So, it can’t be Letitia James demanding the financials, or trying to get yet another “case” against Trump, creating yet another extension of some continuing bullcrap harrassment of a citizen who will have a successful appeal, and NY have to pay back all the bonding. This should scare the hell out of them, but then they are Marxists. Letitia thinks she’s a queen (like a lot of them in NYC and Albany). The writing is on the wall- the world can function without NYC. Reason for the exodus.
