Today on a Houston radio station, the news director stated that according to his sources, Colin Powell's recent calls to various world leaders was stated clearly in terms of, "you have one minute to let us know whether you're for us, or against us."
My response to the Taliban's claim that "Bin Laden doesn't have the resources to do this" would be, "then I guess he must have done it with your help -- do you really want to go there?"

My point is that it will not do. The Khobar Towers was Iranians, the WTC in 93 was Sudan, Lockerbie was Libya, Beirut was Lebanese and the PLO. Yemen was aided and abetted by the locals.
If we do not take out all these governments and punish all the terrorist organizations concerned, then we will have more attacks like this. Even if bin Laden is guilty of this one, he had help from some of these countries with passports, recruiting, etc. This is an international conspiracy of terrorism and taking just one out, taking out just the head that sticks out the most, will not put an end to it.
They have also given nukes and missiles to Iran - perhaps through N.Korea but still, they are responsible. Since the fall of the Soviets the ChiComms have done their best to stir up things in the Middle East.
The guilty party soon felt the wrath of the whole platoon.
That is what needs to happen here.
All those terrorist organizations that have attacked us in the past,
who have made threats against us,need to feel the might of the United states.
Guilty or not.
Then succor will NOT be given to whoever did this.
We must take Iraq while the world is sympathetic to our plight. Pump enough oil to significantly reduce oil prices, stimulating the world economy. The lower oil prices will cause the mideast regimes to collapse so we must set up democracies there. Buy western Jordan for a new Palestinian state with infrastructure paid for by the Iraqi oil fields. Create US bases in Iraq from which to enforce regional stability. Afghanistan/Syria/Iran/Sudan are much easier to deal with once the US bases are in place with a million troops to back up our policies. And it gets rid of the requirement for US carriers over there and for massive military support of Israel.
DO IT NOW. WE MUST USE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO STABILIZE THE MIDEAST AND NEUTRALIZE TERRORISM.
