To many posts to go through....but just in case this was missed:
If you are the spouse that handles the finances....
Leave a list of accounts (financial, billing, insurance...etc), phone numbers and payment methods (and scheduled payment dates)...both automated (via debits to checking accounts or credit cards) and physical (paper or on-line check).
