I suspect the whole Rivera getting shot at live on TV was staged. It was probably his brother off-screen. It fits his M.O. It was probably some kid playing with firecrackers.

...so many targets. Do we have enough B-52's After 8 years of Clintonian operations, maintenance and spares budgets, not to mention the retirement, rather than upgrading, of the B-52G fleet, probably not.
