She and John Dingle could have sex changes, marry, then he'd be John Dingle-Berry.

these ideologs need to be reminded that it is their restraint that permits us to allow them to govern.

Remember that fine old radical, Benjamin Franklin. Governeur Morris gave a long speech at the constitutional convention expressing his view that there should be no providion to remove the President by Impeachment. This would assure that the president would be free to act as was necessary for the good of the country. Ben Franklin asked to be recognized, and stood. "If the president may not be removed by impeachment, he can still be removed by assasination." and Ben sat. G. Morris asked once again to be recognized. "I withdraw my previous objection to Impeachment. The point is if this a nation of laws, the court will rule and all will be well. If it is not a nation of laws, then we know what to do then too. I fully expect that the federal marshalls will find it necessary to pluck Ms Berry.

These are delaying tactics. The executive also has delaying tactics. Writing guidance for procecutors, to not prosecute bad laws would be a de facto repeal. Negotiating the the defacto repeal would be good exercise for the Republicans in the event they came into the majority of both houses.

Don't be too sure of the judicial outcome. DC Chief Judge Norma Holloway Johnson (black) was exposed for improperly assigning sensitive Clinton cases to Clinton appointees (some of them black) who then dismissed the cases, undoubtedly to the relief of America's first "black" president. One wonders whether a similar bias would apply in a case involving Ms. Berry and "the good of the democrat party."
