I know, for if he allowed himself to see and comprehend, his whole world would topple around him and, IF he had any honor, doubtful enough to begin with, he'd have to kill himself in expiation of his crimes.

You know better than that. Nope, you'd have all the legal due process you deny your victims.

Pity, isn't it. Maybe they'll send you one in prison. But hopefully that ponzi scheme will be laid to rest along with the rest of FDR's legacy. And yours.

1. Personally, I would want to ensure that those on BOTH ends of shredding the Constitution be imprisoned for life, those who WRITE the illegitimate claptrap and those who "enforce"it, along with your cheerleaders.

2. ...you'd have all the legal due process you deny your victims.

A show trial before before being "imprisoned for life" for disagreeing with you?

"He [roscoe] know's exactly what he's doing."

Needs repeating, 'boldly'.

Roscoe thinks his methods are 'cute', thus, I discount the cop/prision guard theories. - I envision him as a mousey little bureaucrat, stuck in his dreary job, playing the witty tough 'roscoe', as he sucks at the public sugar teat.

------------------------------------------

Where, in the above, do I mention ANYthing about you getting a social security check?

Not a bit. A real trial before a real judge. And, just as now, your record, legislative (bills introduced and voting record) and enforcement (numbers and types of arrests, types of raids, etc) can be called as evidence of INITIATION of force. Ain't about disagreement and you damn well know it. It's about actions: shameless, violent and UNCONSTITUTIONAL actions. Of course, perhaps those who are guilty of killing someone in the course of these illicit acts should get the death penalty, wouldn't you agree? Or is it that YOU might have "accidentally" killed or wounded someone in the course of one of your "dynamic entries???"

A dreary little 'bureaucratic' job, --
-- [most of which, even in private business, would not exist without needless governmental regulation]
-- is 'sucking at the public sugar teat'.

An illiterate fanatic smoking dope behind a makeshift bench in the back of a trailer park?

Nope. A guy sitting in a county courthouse wearing his judicial robes who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and, unlike your ilk, means it. Any more inane questions? Then on conviction and if you're all you hint at, a conviction would be overwhelmingly likely, depends on the jury of your peers, of course, but they would also take their oath seriously, off you go to meet your new roommate, Bruno. And what a welcome you'd get: ex-cop now in prison. A lot of folks might be willing to pay good money to see THAT one on pay-per-view. (not me, though; I have too much a gentle disposition)

Ad hoc law to imprison dissidents. Very Pol Pot.

Beyond Orwellian.

It wouldn't surprise me to learn that he gets paid to troll here. Probably makes notes of who is too much in favor of the LIMITED government the Constitution provided for. Then if he can ferret out their particulars, he can get some of his JBT friends to pay them a visit some dark of night!

Yep, that scenario may indeed be a part of roscoes fantasies.
Anyone reading his posts here has to be struck with the fact that he is delusionary much of the time.

What's Orwellian is the jumble of "laws" we have now that make criminals out of people for possessing a bit of harmless weed or a firearm with a barrel a half inch shorter that some BATFag thinks it should be or a fender washer that could be called, in VERY Orwellian logic, a "silencer" part. What's Orwellian is having a bunch of thugs going around dressed in ninja suits and kicking in somebody's front door on the word of a paid informant that there's illegal deeds going on, only to find a retired preacher who wouldn't know what a drug LOOKED like but dies of a heart attack in this botched raid. That's beyond Orwellian. At least I would make sure you had a FAIR and IMPARTIAL trial and that the justice system ensured they had the RIGHT PARTY to try. No, Roscoe, it's YOUR system that George Orwell was looking at, both in Animal Farm and 1984. You know it but being a recipient of stolen goods, why would you want to change it? Why have an HONEST system when there's no benefit to ROSCOE???? Makes sense to you, right?
