Article reports on the NAACP's newest race hoax/boycott/ extortion campaign against the hospitality industry. The target du jour: the Adam's Mark Hotel chain. Black guests from Black College Reunion weekends 1999 and 2000 conspired with the state and national NAACP, with the abettance of Florida AG Bob Butterworth and the federal Department of Justice, to launch extortionary lawsuits which Adam's Mark settled at a momentary cost of $5 million.
The Adam's Mark hotel chain has been the target of shakedown lawsuits following each of the two previous annual Black College Reunion weekends. In each case, black guests claimed that by being required to wear orange wristbands showing that they were hotel guests, they were being racially discriminated against, and that they were charged higher rates than white guests.In 2000, Adam's Mark agreed to pay an $8 million settlement, but the settlement was scuttled by a federal judge on technical grounds.
Totally ridiculous! I agree with the writer, Nicholas Stix, that "Hoteliers are learning the hard way, what happens when you lie down with dogs. However, it is most likely the white hotel and motel guests who must subsidize racist black extortionists, who will be waking up with fleas."
I can answer that, because they are small enough that they don't have the juice to get protection from the black mafia. Bigger hotels can fend them off, and will be pleased to find the black mafia weakening their rivals.

Now every hotel should not welcome blacks. Selling them any service could get you in trouble as the courts might decide you didn't honor the indefinable god of equality.
They're screwed, either way. If they don't serve blacks, they get sued, and if they bend over backwards to solicit and serve black customers ... they get sued.
In the last year we had 4 car-jackings by black people, that resulted in 3 dead white people, and all the black perps were arrested.
In the last four months, there were 7 attempted car-jackings, all by black people, that resulted in 3 dead, black, perps, one wounded Latino, under arrest, and 3 cars stolen, that were later found torched!
Of the 11, one was a street attempt, and ten were in parking lots at shopping centres.
I think that just about everybody around here is carrying now. It's the only thing the perps understand, and it's been quiet all month.

This is just news, Jim, and it's real, and it has an economic impact. The Winn-Dixie Supermarket, where two white boys were were murdered in their parking lot, by two black criminals, is out of business - GONE!! I used to shop there...
You can delete this if you like, my friend, but the reality of the race-baiting by the JesseJacksons' and AlSharptons' in this country is happenning, and it's a damned shame, because Jesse and Al don't care a rats-ass about black people, but I still care, like you, and I still try to raise people up.

Middle-class blacks already have a reputation as lousy restaurant and taxicab tippers (actually, non-tippers). When I managed a seafood restaurant on Martha'a Vineyard 15 years ago, the only black customer I saw all summer was a middle-aged dentist with his wife and, I believe, two teenaged daughters. The waitress serving the party was the sweetest girl on the staff, very capable and very experienced. The dentist, who was threatening to walk out on a $100+ tab, drove the waitress to tears. I had to take over the table for her. I got the man to concede that the food was good (Was everything alright? "Yes" -- it's psychologically important), was forced to waive the charge on his expensive appetizer for free (four orders of baked, stuffed clams or something comparable to it), and, it goes without saying, he left no tip. The sullen expression his wife was flashing him made it clear that this was not an isolated incident.
A couple of years ago, one of the few New York cabbies who had the cojones to write about why he looked on young, black male riders with trepidation, was because that group had an extraordinarily high rate of running out of the car at their destination without paying. As you can imagine, the driver caught hell for his honesty.
An increasing segment of black society insists on getting something for nothing. The funny thing about the story you retold, is that spitting on food or in beverages destined for customers of another race is a tradition among some black racists, but not to my knowledge among whites. You'll recall Jesse Jackson's boast of having spit on white customers' food when he was young and worked in some service capacity. The characters in the story were thieves who never planned on paying for their meals.
I would love to see your article published everywhere, but it is doubtful that the PC powers would touch it.
Socialists don't understand that you can't chip away at the folks trying to make an honest buck before the whole foundation collapses.
But I would still like to know where he got his info. I've read a lot about the civil war and have never come across what Mr. Morgan wrote about.
Now about that spitting in food at restaurants, we rarely eat out, fast food or otherwise, but when we do, I dang well know who is in the kitchen! Maybe this explains why the Rev. Al Sharpton says blacks owe Americans nothing.
