but rather your private logic.

Tell me, what logic do you use to determine whether or not you think crack should be legalized? Certainly not the Public logic, becuase 99% of America agree's with me.

It's all subjective. The fact that you cannot see that only attests to your arogance. You obviously think that your opinions should be held as FACT. You say that crack is not a threat to others, that must be God's word there, since YOU said it.

BTW how's it coming on you Federalist Paper reading. I would like to introduce you to a man named Locke next.

"1.5% of the national vote is NOT a forward move, but a backward move...."

The Libertarian Party does not define libertarianism. Moreover, the presidential vote is the least important votes. In some states, Libertarian candidates for House polled higher than Republican candidates! In Nevada, a Libertarian in the second district polled 45%.

"Oh. Why so infrequently, though?"

I don't have to justify my religion nor my beliefs to you, until you can find some way to reconcile your celebration of the pagan holiday Christmas with Christianity. Unless you don't celebrate XMas?

Why is the U.S. Constitution the Supreme Law of the Land? Are state constitutions more supreme? Why is the U.S. Supreme Court the final test of Constitutionality of all laws -- state and federal. Because it is the Supreme Law of the Land. Do you understand those words?

Have you ever heard of a federal law being appealled to a state's Supreme Court? No! But state laws, whether arising from legislation or state constitutions get tested routinely in the U.S. Supreme Court.

The more you post, the more you are showing your ignorance of this subject! Would you rather think you are right or would you rather find the truth?

BTW, now I am turning in for the night. But I'll look for your "nuggets" tomorrow.

Let's see, if the FED Constitution does not enumerate all the powers of the STATE governments, yet lists certain things they cannot do, and the STATE governments DO enumerate what powers that said government does have, within the spectrum of the Constitution...... THERE is no conflict. You seem to be ignoring the facts about our founders. Why, i ask.

If the smoking of crack is viewed by the majority as a violation of other's rights, it then can CONSTITUTIONALLY become a LAW. Why the hell should 50,000 people a day be taking crackheads to civil court?

With all due respect, I'm going to stop posting to you. It is serving no useful purpose. Your logic is becoming so tortured, I can no longer respond. I realize when I have hit the proverbial brick wall.

Take care!

I repeat my posts because you never refute them.

You CLAIM you have, to be sure, but one has ever seen your actual replies. - You have a real problem with self delusion.

Of course, you do have the option of proving me wrong, and reposting my posts & your rebuttals.. This will not happen. You made no such replies.

You see, trying to define libertarianism is like trying to stack water. It can't be done. When one looney comes out and says something, the others will stand aside and let it fall to the ground. "We don't all believe THAT," they will claim. Once you get to see all the sidestepping they do, you come to realize that their main principle (besides hubris) is evasion.

Do tell. And what is it that the non-initiation principle "evades"?

And, what do you hold out as your example of something better?

From what source do you Liberatarians derive these notions?

"Far from being immoral, libertarians simply apply a universal human ethic..."

"Murder is wrong"

"Theft is wrong"

Tex, seldom has a man opened his mouth more often on one thread to remove all doubt as to his total ignorance of the constitutional principle behind a free repubic. -- Thank you.

"Whatdya mean, I can't just smoke my crack cocaine? I can do whatsoever I want to just so long as I don't draw anyone else's blood. You are initiating force upon me by preventing me from selling crack cocaine to consenting school kids, and therefore I am well within my Constitutional rights to defend myself from your initiation of force!"

"Allow me to be irresponsible, and I'll allow you all to pay for the consequences of my irresponsibility!"
