I don’t know if that will help.

John Ashcroft is an alleged conservative, but he treats the tenth amendment with about as much respect as Ted Kennedy does.

People have no idea how good it would be if government spending were say 1/3 of current expenditures.

Making taxes voluntary would be a start.
