The 47-page document from the appellate court cites the infusion of blood of Vivian's thyroid.
Further, DNA was found under Edmond's fingernails which was not Edmond's.
The document claims Edmond's DNA was on Vivian's underwear.
The document states Cohen opened the apartment with his keys--yet contemporary press accounts state Cohen arrived without "proper keys or identification"--
The fire report deposition of the head of Monaco Securite states the burglar alarm was disconnected July 1, 1999. This could only have been ordered by Edmond or Lily. Edmond was afraid for his life--he'd never have done it.

The appellate document lists Ted's bruising to the occipital--consistent with his stating he was hit on the back of the head.
The hospital tested Ted negative for the alleged drug use--exposing another prosecutorial lie by Serdet.
In the appellate document, Sonia states what she did not state in her three contradictory fire report depositions, the advice about wet towels, opening a window--please:
The penthouse received category three bullet-proof glass of four layers of 8mm each--the windows could not even be broken by the firemen with their axes, designed for the purpose. Sonia is making this up--because these threads have continuously pointed up the suspicious aspect of Edmond and Vivian, without such wet towels, as anyone in their position would have done--had they not been strangled.

Monaco asks: Who are you going to believe? Our lying mouths or some hospital tests?
And Monaco says it didn't check the Lidocaine for prints--the paper trail for that led back to somebody else on the Safra staff--not Ted.

The DNA is from a male but excludes Ted. Monaco is not looking for anyone else because Ted knifed himself - something that Monaco has forced him to state and has forced him to keep stating.
In the article by John Springer of courttv.com in the fourth paragraph he wrote -
"The fire was very small and I did not think that the fire in such a small trash can was going to do all this," Maher told an investigating magistrate in 2000, according to the June 18 ruling provided by the defense to Courttv.com last month."
Why did the DEFENSE lawyers provide this report to Springer of courttv.com in English but not supply the English version to Michael Griffith? Griffith, Ted's lawyer, was trying to get it translated from French to English and Springer gets the translated version directly from the DEFENSE LAWYERS of Ted's. Strange!!!!!!
Now they have Ted using a piece of sandpaper to give himself several scrapes on his face to simulate an assault. "Then he injected himself with 6 milliters of Lidocaine, an anesthetic later detected in a sample of his blood (can you detect Lidocaine in the blood?)to numb the pain from what he was about to do next." According to this statement, Ted used lidocaine in his stomach region, on his leg and also on his side. Why all those places when you are doing it to yourself? Why not just one cut? And the one in the stomach is huge and jagged - why such a messy one to oneself? And Ted is left handed and the knife wound on the right side and the one on his right leg towards the back would be difficult for a left hander. Why take such difficult spots to knife oneself?
In Ted's belongings from Monaco, he had a handwritten rough draft of his resignation he planned to submit to the Safra's. Ted wrote to several people stating he was leaving the job and going home. He also had notified Columbia that he would be back in January at his position in Babies Hospital. Monaco is ignoring all this and so is Ted's lawyer. They have all known about this evidence but refuse to show it to defend Ted.
"A police officer noted at 5:46 a.m.:"the call was interrupted for an unknown reason, it was impossible for us to convince her to open the door". Why was there an interruption? Was this when the INTRUDERS were killing Safra and Vivian? There were intruders there. In the Guardian paper on December 5th, 1999 it stated:

"However, another internal police source said that the emergency call was made by Safra himself from a telephone inside the flat. According to this the police had talked on the phone to Safra and he mentioned MEN CARRYING A KNIFE WERE THREATENING HIM. This was told to the paper by an internal police source. Hey Monaco, where is this internal police man now?
So many lies, Monaco, and you are making mistakes by not repeating them but making up new ones. At least keep your story straight. It is falling apart bit by bit. We aim to get the truth out. We know that you read what we write since now Sonia states she told Vivian to put wet towels over her face and by the door. This was never stated by her in her depositions. When Patricia Feitz of the U.S. Consulate in Marseilles visited Ted on December 8, 1999, she noted a fresh bruise on his face. Heidi's passport they showed to Ted, telling him they were strip-searching and torturing Heidi, and that should he not sign their prepared false confession in French (which Ted does not read, write or speak), they would detain Heidi indefinitely.
Monaco police displayed for both Ted and Heidi secretly taken photos of the couple's three children at their rural home in New York, and further, these police played secretly taped recordings of the children's voices.
Due to this concentrated coercion, Ted signed the police-prepared false confession in French, not knowing what he signed, only that his family's safety depended upon his signing it.
Monaco allows only its own attorneys for defense, and Ted's pre-tend defenders, Georges Blot and Donald Manasse, are paid by Monaco--and act that way.
From day one until the present moment, Blot and Manasse have insisted Ted adhere to the original coerced false confession, and in these attorneys' comments to the press, they have in every detail hewed to the Monaco line.
The Monaco line is a series of lies of two types: the easily refutable, or the not refutable by reason of Monaco suppressing the relevant evidence and gagging Ted.
The earliest press account represents all subsequent press accounts, as it is straight from the horse's mouth: Monaco prosecutor Daniel Serdet.
Daniel Serdet told Time's Thomas Sancton December 20, 1999, that Ted used drugs and the rest of the official slander.
Yet Monaco's own hospital, Princess Grace Memorial, tested Ted for drugs and alcohol that night and its results were negatif negatif negatif.
These results destroy Serdet's entire fraud, and were shown on DatelineNBC, November 21, 2000, in their hour-long special, "Who Killed the Billionaire?"
Yet Ted's pre-tend defenders, paid by Monaco, and practicing in Monaco only at the pleasure of the Prince, never bring up this or any other exculpatory evidence.

The world press right down to CourtTV toady John Springer are content to parrot the Monaco line.
In fact, Ted is innocent, gagged, framed, slandered and abandoned by his own State Department and Congress.
Dominick Dunne was correct in his appraisal of the Martha Moxley murder--and now proclaims Ted innocent.
Dunne told Larry King that Ted's confession "was got out of him".
In truth, Henry Kissinger said of Safra's death that it was "a cruel and vindictive act."
Kissinger did not imply Ted Maher.
The chief prosecutor of Geneva has been cited in Russia Journal as having said Safra was killed for cooperating with the FBI regarding the laundering of $4.8 billion in IMF loans to Russia.
Anne Williamson, author of Contagion, said Ted was a scapegoat, and she knew it from the first.
The Monaco police are mysteriously "unable to locate" their emergency call tape for the night in question--yet have at hand the tapes for the day AFTER and the day BEFORE.

If the "lone nut" is in jail, what does the richest woman in the world have to fear? Huh, it must not be an authentic lone nut, but rather a scapegoat, leaving the real intruders (and their boss) at large. Dominick Dunne is a proven sleuth, not a magazine's hired gun. (Remember, when Neal Travis bashes Ted and gives Lily a big wet kiss, that Neal Travis' New York Post is represented by Howard Rubenstein who also represents Lily Watkins-Safra-Monteverde-Cohen-et al).
It is safe to say that most of what has been attributed to Ted in the last 982 days has been written by Monaco police for their bosses. And still no trial.
We already know that the investigating magistrate Patricia Richet screamed at Ted "I know you will be found guilty!" while she tore up letters from his children.
We know Monaco's prosecutor Daniel Serdet lied that Ted used drugs.
We know Sonia keeps changing her story.
We know Lily paid Sonia $100,000 in a "confidentiality agreement". We know Vivian was strangled and Edmond struggled with a man not Ted.
We know Ted could not have possible caused the fire an hour after he was taken to the hospital.
We know Ted was coming home to Heidi and the children and his position at Columbia Presbyterian, so couldn't possibly have gone through all the hokey bee ess the police made up.
We know the lidocaine was papertrailed back to ANOTHER staff member, not Ted.
