SUMMARY OF RELEVANT POINTS (with page references):
1. Only through the funds made available by Germany to the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem was it possible to carry out the revolt in Palestine. (Page 1).
2. Germany will keep up the connection with the Grand Mufti. Weapons will be stored for the Mufti with Ibn Saud in Arabia. (Page 2).
3. Ibn Saud himself has close connections with the Grand Mufti and the revolting circles in TransJordan. (Page 2).
4. To be able to carry out our work one of Germany's agents will be placed in Cairo (Page 3).
5. The document is undated but obviously written before the outbreak of the war in 1939. It is not signed.

Why are they disliked so much? Has anyone ever tried to analyze it? Perhaps they should read the book, "How to Win Friends and Influence People"? Most societies historically have hated the merchant class in Europe and Aisa from England to Japan. Jews have had little opportunity but to work as merchants having lost their land and wandering for survival. This is their curse.
Suggesting They read a book to win friends smacks of old fashion Jew baiting. What kind of friends do you run with?

Why are they disliked so much? Rabbi Ken Spiro wonders the same thing. In his history of Jews in Poland (a history which began very well indeed), he writes:
"The places where the Jews will do the best are almost always the places where the Jews will suffer the worst in the end."

Got it right in principle. Since Jews don't show up in history until 1,500 years downstream from Abraham, there are lots of great-great-great***s inbetween. And of course The Lost Tribes of Israel are also Semites, but are neither Jews nor Arabs.

A better question is, why are some people made so bitter and twisted by the success of others. :))

European christians considered it sinful to be money lenders(bankers), and wouldn't do it. A viable economy can't operate without money lenders. Jews were allowed to be money lenders, but were then despised by christians. Go figure.
