First item returned on Google

Mr. Brady and his wife, the former Sarah Kemp, reside in Delaware with their son, Scott. Mr. Brady also has a daughter, Melissa.

From their damn website.

I respect your right to your opinion and would agree with you 100% if she was a victim of this unconstitutional law of someone else's design/making. She drafted it, she pushed it, she shoved it down our throats . One set of standards for her and one for what she considers bottom feeders ???? I don't frigging think so........

She wanted this unconstitutional law and she broke this unconstitutional law....

Ms Potato Head is her own victim and justly so IMHO.

Stay Safe !

MO, if a law is unconstitutional, then prosecuting anyone, even if we hate really, really, really disapprove of her, is wrong.

Well, maybe if she is prosecuted for the unconstitutional law, she can fight it all the way to the SCOTUS and get it struck down.

People should always clean up their own messes.

I hate to rain on everyones parade but this was a legal purchase.

And if you read two posts down, you'd know I tipped my hat to Eugene Tackleberry for picking up on the "straw purchase gun runner loophole". You're not raining on my parade, in fact I mentioned that I believed there was an exemption for gift purchases to a non-prohibited family member in one of my posts.

There is, however, some debate about Delaware law and whether she might have been in technical violation of state statutes.

Don't forget liberal's actions don't matter. Only their intentions.

I say we make her an honorary freeper and give her the screenname Strawman purchaser.

Just like Jeb Bush in Florida and his daughters. All three have been arrested. One on a felony that the sentencing guidelines call for jail time. His wife was caught smuggling over $18,000.00 of undeclared merchandise into the U.S. by customs but no charges were brought. Seems that the law applies only to the powerless, and the powerful like to make a point of applying it to us harshly and to themselves not at all. And this is not solely a Republican sin, but a Democratic one also. Jeb is just an easy target because his hypocrisy is so evident.

HA! That would be delicious. Sara Brady getting prosecuted for violating an unconstitutional law, fights that law to the Supreme Court and ends up getting her husband's namesake law tossed. Too, too ironic.

I like it.

That's my point exactly!

Either we enforce uncontitutional rules on her, and give them legitimacy, or we make her live by the Constitution.

Insisting that the unjust law gets enforced doesn't do anything to change that law.

Remove the laws, don't prosecute more because of them.

I have a feeling that Sarah will pay a price for this in one way or another.

The beginning of the article says her son's name is "James" but later on the article refers to him as "Scott". Weird.

Sarah Brady, that infinitely and hopelessly stupid woman, is apparently still laboring under the delusion that some animals are more equal than others...

When you are 100% correct,it is not a delusion. While you or I would undoubtely have to spend thousands of dollars on lawyer fees in a vain attempt to keep from serving time and becoming a convicted felon, absolutly nothing will happen to either her or her son. No fine, nothing.

I'd say she understand the system she is championing perfectly.

BTW,I'd also like to know if Deleware has a firearms owner identification card system going, and if he son possesses one of these cards? If not,he is comitting a felony just by simple possession of the firearm. Not holding my breath waiting for THIS arrest or reports of the BATF kicking in THEIR doors in a pre-dawn raid, either.

E-mails to the Department of Justice, including the Attorney General, John Ashcroft may be sent to:

One thing about it,nobody can ever accuse you of not being optomistic! If you send Ashcroft a e-mail,tell him she was topless while making the straw purchase. THAT might get his interest.

So how does one get the Delaware Dept. of Justice to prosecute this felon, Brady?

The correct answer to this question is "You can't.".

She made it up and is too dumb to know that she would have broken the law

What makes you think she made it (the Brady Law) up? She is just a "spokesmodel",who parrots the words put before her for a fee.I doubt she had given 5 minutes thought to anything, other that where to cash the check.
