So how does one get the Delaware Dept. of Justice to prosecute this felon, Brady?

She could obviously be prosecuted on both state and federal charges. However, when liberals break gun laws to "prove a point", the government always declines to prosecute.

They cite "lack of criminal intent" in not prosecuting, even though the laws make no mention of "intent". They use a concept that is not in the law to explain why they won't prosecute. When Joe Blow runs afoul of the same gun laws, an argument of "lack of criminal intent" gets him a rap on the head with the judge's gavel, and instructions to the jury to ignore all claims of "lack of criminal intent".

I was having a bad day, but you brightened it with this SO nicely!

Gun-control advocate Sarah Brady bought her son a powerful rifle for Christmas

Shouldn't that be high powered sniper rifle?

Your abscence from FR has been noted. I did not give you permission to take leave. HA!HA!

You and me engage in a "flame war?" You obviously have me confused with someone else, Harry. But surely you can do better than dig up a two year old article from JBS? No doubt picked apart here one or more times, from all sides/opinions.

I discovered the other day the email addy I have for RUSH no longer works. Any body that has it should forward this Sarah Brady gun-buy article to him. He might even put it out today!

See ya in Reno, Harry. And don't forget what Neal Knox said about the need to stay in the NRA and VOTE!

Sarah Brady does NOT appear to have violated FEDERAL law. See my post 58 for link to BATF Form 4473 and quote from the form saying that you ARE the actual purchaser if it is a legitimate gift.

In the science fiction novel Pallas, one of L. Neil Smith’s characters says,

“People—pardon me, journalists and politicians—have often accused me of believing that I’m above the law. And yet, who isn’t? … The law is created by demonstrable criminals, enforced by demonstrable criminals, interpreted by demonstrable criminals, all for demonstrably criminal purposes. Of course I’m above the law. And so are you.”

Same as Sen.Die Fie!!She has a"concealed/carry"but doesn't think that"The Little People(US)"should have the same right!!!!

In fairness to DiFi, she no longer has her permit; she's let it lapse.

Yeah, I know we've discussed this many times and the article is rather old. Here lately, with the exception of their support for CARA, the NRA has been doing pretty decent. I just thought it was rather ironic to read what James Baker had to say at the end of the article, considering the fact that he has (in the past) been allied with the Brady Bunch on various legislation. Gotta love how Nugent kicked the NRA board in the pants over CARA. Great stuff.

I think Rush's email addy is still rush@eibnet.com

Good to see you, my friend.
