so what is your point? the nea does not have the final say over what is taught in classrooms. it is the states and the the school districts that determine curriculum.

My point is.....the federal gov't supposedly does NOT have any say over local curriculums either, OR at least that's the way it's supposed to be, but like the camel's nose under the tent they creep in......
