Find out if you have unclaimed assets held by your state. File a simple form to collect.
TOPICS: Announcements; Miscellaneous
All you have to do is follow the link to your state page and type in your last name. Then you look down the list to see if you're listed. If you are that's GREAT! You then file a form with the state to collect your assets.
Don't think you're on there? You MIGHT be surprised!

I went to the Illinois site on a tip from Ancestry.com. Found >$100 left by my kids' late father. Thanks for spreading the word... unclaimed property eventually can become property of the state.
