Saudi cleric says peace not possible with Israel (Jews must be terminated)

Saudi cleric says peace not possible with Israel

    By Inal Ersan
DUBAI, April 19 (Reuters) - A top Saudi Arabian Muslim
cleric prayed to God on Friday to "terminate" the Jews and urged
Arabs and Muslims to abandon efforts to make peace with Israel.
"We must say farewell to peace initiatives with these people
(Jews)," Sheikh Abdul-Rahman al-Sudais told worshippers at the
Grand Mosque in Mecca, Islam's holiest shrine, in a sermon,
carried live by several Arabic television and radio networks.
He prayed to God to "terminate" the Jews, whom he described
as "the scum of humanity... the rats of the world... prophet
killers... pigs and monkeys".
The sermon by Sudais, one of the top imams at the Grand
Mosque, was unusually fiery in a country largely seen to follow
moderate foreign policy and to be a close ally of the United
States and other Western countries.
Arab anger has been on the rise since Israel launched its
military offensive on the West Bank two weeks ago at a time when
Arab nations adopted a Saudi proposal for peace with the Jewish
state.
The Saudi government is closely interlocked with the
powerful religious establishment, but religious sermons do not
necessarily reflect official government thinking.
Saudi Arabia, the world's largest oil exporter, has been
increasingly critical of the United States and its apparent
failure to bring about a ceasefire in the Middle East.
It has recently allowed pro-Palestinian demonstrations to
absorb popular anger in a country where other street rallies are
banned.
         UGLY WAR
Sudais, who ranks high in the Saudi religious heirarchy
which allows only senior clerics to preach at the Grand Mosque,
said Israel was carrying out an war of "ugly annihilation"
against the Palestinians.
"When the (Muslim) nation opted for peace to achieve its
greater interests they (Jews) did not reciprocate," he said.
Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah is due to visit the United
States next week to discuss the conflict and the peace offer
with U.S. President George W. Bush -- seen by many Arabs and
Muslims as biased in favour of Israel.
"World leaders, you who claim to be fighting terrorism, what
do you call what those people did to Palestinians?" asked
Sudais. "Are the aspirations of a billion Muslims to safeguard
their sanctities considered terrorism?" he added.
"They (Jews) want to establish a greater Israel with
Jerusalem as its capital and they aspire to tear down the
al-Aqsa mosque (Islam's third holiest shrine) to build their
so-called temple on its ruins," he said.
He urged Muslim leaders to "rescue Palestine before it is
lost."

I couldn't agree with the cleric more. But that's because the Arabs don't want peace with Israel, not the other way around.

True, but they don't condemn it, either.

The royal family is increasingly afraid of the clerics, and it won't be long before the clerics feel strong enough to call the royal family degenerate. At that point, the House of Saud will pack their suitcases full of cash and haul butt out of Saudi Arabia one step ahead of the executioners.

It's bizarre that the New York Times and its ilk have always been critical of Saudi Arabia because they connect it with Big Oil, and with conservativism, and all that bad stuff. But as soon as the Saudis really started acting like Hitler, the media clam up. I don't expect to read about this sermon in the mainstream press anytime soon. Typically the newswires carry this for an hour or two, and if you miss it, it's gone. If it weren't for FreeRepublic a lot of this stuff would never be seen at all.

Let's do some math here:

800 ... Estimated number of Israelie nukes
-1 ... Nuke to terminate Islam's holiest shrine
---
799 ... Nukes remaining for other scumbag Arab targets

I'll put my money on the "termination" going the other way.

his hatred of God's people

And this is just the rub isn't it? The Arabs just can't get over the fact that God said, "in Isaac shall thy seed be called . . . " and not through Ishmael.

Nothing else accounts for the intense hatred of the Arab/Muslim for the Jew, although they do not have an exclusive corner on this market.

Why don't we just cut to the chase and do a Normandy replay in Saudi? Instead of begging monsters like this, or those listening to them, to let us please rattle Saddam's cage ("we promise, we can bash Israel too, please oh pretty please"), just take the place and start cleaning house. Let's see how much bombast they've got in them looking down a 120mm smoothbore. The whole mad screaming pack of them are bluffing. Don't just call, raise them.

That's right. As the Bible tells us, the Devil hates and seeks to destroy the Jews and will instigate any people he can.

All those who reject God are potential recruits.

But as you point out, the decendants of Ishmael (Arabs)also have an ancient feud with the Jews that is personal.
They are obsessed with envy and jealousy of the Israelis.

THE HOUSE OF SAUD

We don't need this house no longer,

We don't need this house no more

No time to fix its windows, ain't got time for roof or floor,

To mend its fallen plaster, or to wash its filthy grates...

Not gonna need this house no longer,

ITS a gettin ready, to meet Hell's gates.

Yeah, I can't tell you how many Jews, Catholics, Baptists, Buddhists, and Hindus I've seen running around screaming for a Jihad against their neighbors in recent years. You're right--they're all equally bad--no difference between Muslims and any of the rest of them, nope! Religion of peace!TM

Taken directly from the Koran. Islumsuksomuch..Chapter 11 same old verse and song. And they probably have to move all their ammunition and rifles around in their Mosques so they can find a place to kneel and pray to their moon god.

Typically the newswires carry this for an hour or two, and if you miss it, it's gone. If it weren't for FreeRepublic a lot of this stuff would never be seen at all.

The whole thing's so full of ironies...

Imagine if a nation friendly to the U.S. (like the Saudis) were calling a nation of BLACK people, "pigs and monkeys..."...the anger and righteous indignation among American liberals would know no end. And imagine if this bunch that had called the black folk "pigs and monkeys" had just crushed 3000 of the blacks 'neath 60 tons of rubble? Can you just imagine? A black "Sharon"---a black leader retaliating like Sharon is on behalf of Israel---would be hailed as the new Mandela, MLK and Desmond Tutu combined.

But if it is the JEWS who are called "pigs and monkeys," and if it is the JEWS who are defending themselves from the sand Nazis slaughtering the equivalent of a 9/11 massacre EVERY DAY---then, according to the new-anti-semites of the American Left (who are really the OLD anti-semites of the European left)---it's AOK!

I'm a baby boomer, son of the greatest generation who got behind Ronald Reagan in '63 and '64 and carried him into the White House in '80. Conservatives supported Isreal then, unequivacably. Duh. A no brainer. God gave them that land. They are our ally, they share our values and our culture. They are on our side against the commies and against the pagan mohams, palis and other moon worshipping heathuns who are on a now-14-century old jihad to kill or enslave all Christians and Jews and end civlization and replace it with a 6th century heathen feudal society.

But NOW, after 40 years of NEA education in public schools and in American colleges and universities, you have people actually getting on FREE REPUBLIC using the names ARAFAT and SHARON in the same sentence---with that "they're both the same, equally guilty, the 'cycle of violence' yadayadayada", honestly not understanding the difference---Americans, FREEPERS for goodness sake, too STUPID and too uneducated to know or understand history or politics. Amazing. Instead, they buy into the moral-equivalence NPR-PBS-CNN-NBC-BSBSBS that passes for the conventional wisdom in most places in the USA.

Summarizing, if someone called a nation of BLACK people "pigs and monkeys" the way the Saudis have called a nation of JEWS "pigs and monkeys," the din of protestations would reach heaven itself, and there would be massive marches on Washington calling for boycotts of the offending nations even if it meant STARVING ourselves of WHATEVER we might deprive ourselves of purchasing from that nations. Dare I say there'd even be calls for---using the case of Isreal as an example---Sharon to go in and extinguish this ugly flame of hatred before it spread futher and engulfed the world with people who so racially viewed an entire people as "pigs and monkeys" despite decades of enlightened global racial attitude adjustment.

They are teaching that their job on earth and their key to entry to heaven is to kill anything not muslim. Great religion. This is going to get a lot worse before it gets alright.

These people are Nazis without the nice uniforms.

A "people" who allow that kind of garbage to spew from the mouth of their clergy in the "holiest" place in their "religion" should be prepared for the consequences.

Islam is a heresy and it's followers subhuman barbarians.

I THINK WE HAVE SEEN THE BEGINNING OF THE FALL OF SAUDIA ARABIA.

To help the effort along, I have begun to pray that God will disintegrate the black stone in Mecca--not just to rubble but to powder--and then send a fierce storm to blow the powder to the four winds

AND THEN

to simulstaneously disintegrade into rubble by quake the most important mosques in Mecca, Minda, Jerusalem, Egypt, Indonesia, Maylasia, Afghanastan and India.

PERHAPS YOU'D ENJOY JOINING ME IN SUCH A PRAYER AS OFTEN AS YOU THINK OF IT.

God has reportedly told some brothers that He is going to bring about some Saul type conversions to Paul among the enemies of the faith. I believe we need to invest our prayers also in that direction. . . I'm adding the prayer that some of it occur on international TV from before, thru during and after the conversion experience.

God has more cards than satan folks. He honors us by make us and our prayers such key parts of the equation. What a game, what a riot, what a life, what a drama, what an era to be alive in. I think we need to sound more like the 800 lb canary rather than whimpering puppy dogs.

There are numerous nuts present within religions (and political parties), and when some nut attains life and death power over people, it happens.

From the Palestinian Violence video:

"Have no mercy on the Jews, no matter where they are.
Fight them, wherever you are. Wherever you meet them, kill them.
Wherever you are, kill the Jews, the Americans who are like them, and those who stand by them.
They are all in one trench, against the Arabs and the Muslims.
They should be slaughtered. They should be murdered.
Such is the word of Allah."

- an Islamic mufti, broadcast on Pali TV

So...
Muslim "True Believers" see the Arab-Israeli conflict as religious.
Therefore, any compromise with the Israelis is a heresey.
Therefore, any "peace process" that requires compromise is heresey.
Therefore, only complete surrender or complete victory will bring peace.

So far, the US has not let the Israelis obtain complete victory.
Therefore, Israel's only options are surrender or death.
And if Israel goes, the US is next on the islamists' list.
Or as they famously put it: "After Saturday comes Sunday".

If anyone can explain how Islam isn't the issue here, I would be eager to listen.
If anyone can explain how this isn't a clash of civilizations, please post away.
