Not doing "corporate formalities" (law-school term) is a common way
many corporations lose incorporation.
It doesn't have to be failing to pay annual fees. It can be failure to file annual reports, have actual corporate minutes, etc. (What may vary from state to state - but expect at the least that staying incorporated requires an annual report to the Secretary Of State in the state of incorporation plus an annual fee.)
Lots of interesting possibilities here - as most such "groups" lack legal representation to keep their ducks in a row!
Scandals of antigun politicians and activists - Andrew McKelvey included!

Now the socialists can honestly quote the great sage of the swamp.
WE HAVE MET THE ENEMY AND HE IS US-----------POGO

GOCRA took the name of the lobbying organization by incorporating a new subsidiary corporation with the now-available former name of the anti- gun group. That required only a one page fill-in-the-blank form available from the Secretary of State's Office and a $135 filing fee. The form was downloaded from the SOS web page. Good tactical victory.

The People's Collective Of Minnesota is surely doomed now.
Rampant shooting and gunplay in the streets.

Is it too much to hope that there was a large group of gun owners at the Democrat-Farmer-Labor Convention singing "Na Na Hey Hey Goodbye?"
Beretta 92F: $500
15 round clip: $40
Box of 9mm shells: $10
Getting under the anti-gunners skin: priceless

The real eye-opener in the article, for all of you out there who think the nra is the only answer to anti-gunners, is found in the ninth paragraph.

We were working for the Concealed Weapons Bill in Texas with the NRA, TSRA and a group that a friend helped to start, The North Texas Arms Rights Coalition. We had hundreds of members and combining the three, we had hundreds of thousands of members in Texas. When it came time to report on our rallies, the media wouldn't interview us but for "balance" they would interview some anti group no one had heard of before. One of their interviews occurred when the "president" of the group was standing in his front yard. This "group" tried to shut down the gun shows and when they came out, they had a dozen people standing on the curb and they looked like friends and relatives. The dozen consisted of little kids in strollers. Then the cameras panned the crowd going into the gunshow and there were the usual thousands of people.
The media tries their best to give some sort of respectability to a guy who has a tax deductable charity "group" that numbers the amount of people in his family.

Excellant. Once again it's the local grassroots organizations that is getting the job done.
What a great weekend, first I went to the gunshow on Saturday to exercise my rights by buying a new revolver and now this. Gotta love it.
BTW, has anybody else noticed the new BATF instant check form? It now has a racial category on it that includes at least 8 choices. What's that about?

Beretta 92F: $500
15 round MAGAZINE: $40 (a magazine is a self contained unit with springs, clips don't have springs)
Box of 9mm shells: $10
Getting under the anti-gunners skin: priceless

Anti-Gun Groups Self-inflict Fatal Wounds!
Last seen limping home, muttering nonsense...
The birds are singing, and the sun just came out. It's gonna be a great day. I'd even bet Mrs. Farmer gets lucky tonight.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
