did o'reilly hire greta? is he dating her now?
trade o'reilly to cnn for whoever is left...
rush is as conservative as "w"...
try jim quinn, michael savage, or roger fredinburg...
After all, Miami helped put Nixon over the top in 1972 (although the dems poor behavior in Chicago and the Reps own trickery helped...)
I don't care if they're both just nominal conservatives or whatever category we place them in. It's a FACT that both of them have national air time. And at least they're not on the dark side like Begala and Carville.
What good does it do our cause to snicker and hope one eats the other up or vice-versa? They're both acting like hysterical kids to their own detriment, and we shouldn't lick our chops over this. The liberals will be licking theirs.

Bill O'Reily's job is to report the facts.
Both of them will express their opinions as humans. Unlike the liberal media, they do not pretend otherwise."
Nope, Hunble, you got it wrong. Both O'Reilly and Drudge have the same "job" - to entertain. Any facts they report is part of the entertainment. If O'Reilly and Drudge do not entertain, their radio shows will shut down. It's as simple as that. Matt Drudge's web site reports news, but mostly sensational news focused upon politics, entertainments and gossip. And of course he has an advertisement or two for you to click on, and he urges you to support his advertisers.
If you don't believe any of this, then ask yourself: Does Bill O'Reilly and Matt Drudge want to buy the products and services you offer as you listen to them? Or is it the other way around. As Sonny revealed to "C" in the movie, Bronx Tale: 'Mickey Mantle don't care about you, kid; he don't pay to see you.'
The Bill Clinton Radio Show?
Bill O'Reily took up the flag and organized to keep our vital message on the Radio. Nobody expected Rush to recover, but thank God that he did!
What, you think it is easy or cheap to create a new Radio program? Once Bill O'Reily took up the standard, it took months to organize and finance this effort.
Rush has recover and is doing great today. Bill O'Reily did his best to help out when a hero of ours had fallen.
Because of the inertia inherent in this media, we now have this situation.
How dare you attack people who had the courage to step up and help out. What the heck did YOU do?
Drudge is big time green with envy.
That could be true. Drudge probably yearns for a big story again to put him back on top, but this is a ludicrous attempt to take on O'Reilly and it won't work. Drudge has to grow up and stop whining just because O'Reilly decided to do a radio show.
try these:

Hannity is already on the air and was there to cover for Rush many times when he was out. BOR is doing this for himself, not anybody else.
If you want to praise a liar then don't expect people to believe anything you got to say.
BOR was only trying to help himself out dude.
is humble dizzy? or is it o'reilly?
maybe both?
You've just hit on the reason I can't stand listening to O'Reilly on TV, radio or anywhere.
I dunno about the "laughing the whole time" part of your statement... I was watching MSNBC (I like Imus & Co. - Bernie cracks me up) this morning and heard the exchange... O'Reilly was *pissed* and made no bones about it... it seemed to me that his "Drudge should be killed" statement was over the line, that it stepped eerily into the realm of deliberately threatening... and I think O'Reilly planned it that way...
Drudge is whining a bit too much.
Dudge *always* whines too much.
Suggestion from Dengar01. Radio Free Republic should be on during Drudge's timeslot, oh wait then he might go after Jim Rob, Bob J and Diotima on his website.
I've got his No Spin Zone. It was similarly I'm Harvard and You're Not.
The only questin is: Did O'Reilly's company pay stations to carry his show? I don't know much about the radio business, but from what I gather, that is an unusual situation.
Further, if it is true, and the O'Reilly side was crowing about their initial cleareance of stations, then O'Reilly has been caught in a lie. Even if he didn't know that his syndicators were doing it.
Remember, he's the guy who hammered George Clooney and other celebs who didn'tknow where the Sept. 11th charity money was going.
If Drudge has his story straight, this should dent the credibility of O'Reilly. And don't think that it would not have come out except for Drudge. If true, I'm sure we would have heard about it somewhere else.
O'REILLY RAGE AFTER STATION PAYOUT IS REVEALED; WESTWOOD ONE THREATENS TO PULL CASH; FOX NEWS HOST ADVISES: 'DRUDGE SHOULD BE KILLED'
**Update**
Cable host and now talkradio broadcaster Bill O'Reilly was pushed over the edge this week after the DRUDGE REPORT revealed exclusively that $300,000 was promised to O'Reilly's New York City flagship station WOR-AM to carry the program.
Although VIACOMCBSINFINTYWESTWOODONE radio head Joel Hollander publicly denied to reporters that compensation was being paid to affiliates for carrying O'Reilly -- behind the scenes on Tuesday, Hollander threatened to pull the payout guarantee to WOR, blaming the station for the DRUDGE REPORT leak!
Meanwhile, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned, Los Angeles' KABC-AM is receiving $250,000 in outdoor advertising from VIACOM in exchange for clearing The Bill O'Reilly Radio Program.
A similar comp deal has also been promised to O'Reilly's San Francisco affiliate.
Difficulty clearing O'Reilly in the Washington, DC market raised the payout price to $200,000, according to insiders -- a payout that was rejected by all major stations in the region, including ABC's WMAL-AM.
Just as O'Reilly showed signs of increasingly reckless behavior.
"There is no other cure than to kill Matt Drudge," O'Reilly charged on the IMUS in the MORNING radio show on Wednesday.
"I just want to tell everybody that Matt Drudge is smoking crack - right now, in South Miami Beach on Washington Avenue... And the authorities should know it."
This reporter is currently in London, England, not South Beach, and I have never smoked crack.
More O'Reilly lies.
[But for a couple hundred thou, heck, I'd even carry O'Reilly Radio.]

Drudge quoted from internal Westwood memorandums and OR emphatically denied that any negotiations or plans had taken place.
When pressed by Drudge, OR said that 'maybe' his staff was trying to put something together, but that he (OR) had no knowledge.
I don't regularly listen to either of them, but on that night I heard the discussion as I was setting the clock radio.
I go to his site for the news that will be on the talk shows--this way I get all the info in about 15 minutes and can avoid talk ready unless I want to hear more insight on the topic.
I'm just a little too busy to listen to Rush and the rest EVERY SINGLE DAY. Before drudge I felt the need to listen to get the latest news from around the nation. But drudge pretty much points me to that news so I can read it on my time.
I think O'Reilly can do what he wants...I dont mind....Rush would crush him anyway....
....my thing is, if you are gonna do it, then just be honest.
It has become personal because O'Reilly made it so.
Frankly, OR has no CLASS.
Notice that when competition shows up at Rush's door, even when he's down and deaf, he says graciously, "Come on in, the water's fine." He knows that he makes it look easy, and it's really tough. Whether this graciousness is absolutely sincere, I don't care. All effective courtesy is a form of civilized hypocrisy.
