What was the "wild accusation"? Hooters claimed that the winner of their beer-selling contest would get a Toyota. When the time came to pay up, the contest prize was now a toy Yoda -- as if anybody other than a Star Wars fanatic would consider that a decent prize. There are lots of frivolous lawsuits out there, but this isn't one of them.
