Yeah, shouldn't there be a waiting period before a lion gets to keep somebody's arm. A finger tax would be suitable for this situation as well!

Aggressive by instinct would be a more correct statementYes..you are right..I agree....
I was thinking about some of these panthers and lions I saw down here in florida and in some zoos elsewhere that give the animals little room to move around in all day long... every day of the week. Down here in FLorida I witnessed these poor animals drugged up because the cages they live in are so small.... if they are not drugged they would go crazy. Some zoos are nice where the animals have acres to graze....but others don't.

I have a friend who lives in Wyoming. He has eaten mountain lion before, and thinks they are quite tasty.

In some zoo's the zoo keepers always go into the lion's quarters with a lamb on a tether. They do this for exactly the reason this woman was attacked- so that the lion will devour the lamb instead of attacking the zoo keeper. Also, there is another zoo keeper armed with a rifle behind the zoo keeper.
I have seen a film of this procedure at a zoo in India. The lion attacked the lamb and killed it in one bite of its massive jaws. The zoo keepers had no chance even to react in fear as the lion attacked with such speed.

Sounds like a case of familiarity breeding contempt.

Great song.

Why this is all Gov Bush's fault. Maybe this lion's stomach should be checked for the remains of Rilya Wilson?

For now, I'll stick to "life before"...

Lions tend to be rather pacific according to a lawyer I know that worked for several years at Lion Country Safari. It is the tigers that are really dangerous. Max seems to be nuerotic.

That's ok. I'm taking my granddaughter there in 2 weeks. I'm hoping it is as nice as the one here.

This picture was titled "Life After Marriage" when I received it: The male lion looks "henpecked".

Lions shouldn't be kep in zoos in the first place. They are wild animals and should be left in the wild.I agree, so we can hunt them!
