Spunkets, in the Arena, Lion Den Dan, SJackson, have signed up. We have room for 4 more...

Some folks are asking about cost. This is on me Freepers. But for anybody except NY.SS-Bar9, if you want to donate you can include the cost of postage in your return mail and a buck for targets.

.22 mag? If it is rimfire, sure.

I dont know if there is any other caliber besides .22 that is rimfire.

Ok, I'll use the 22 mag, that's my normal 22. It's a little less accurate than a 22LR, but the only other one I have is cut to be a kids gun. My daughter and her freinds used it to have fun with.

The only centerfire I have to use here is a Marlin 30-30. My other guns are all factory match heavy barrels, or are scoped. My 54 hawken isn't centerfire, but I'd prefer that over the Marlin right now. I'm still working on the magazine attachment to keep it from effecting the group. This will give me the impetus to work on it some more.

A little off topic, but I just had to tell somebody..... I bought a new gunsafe ($300 Sentry, 14 gun model) at our local gun store. This was a blowout sales event with door prizes. I won a one-year gold range membership worth $170!............ I NEVER WIN ANYTHING

I'm jealous for a safe. I'm using my furnace room with a steel exterior grade door right now as my gun vault. I saw a used safe at my local gun shop for $500, $300 is a steal!

What does the prize entitle you to?

Ping to Illinois gunowners, and other trolls that slipped in.

If you enter, you need to kick in postage, overnight.

No reason one of us can't win this.

*uck Daley.

Aim just below the right eye.

I dont know if there is any other caliber besides .22 that is rimfire.

Hornady came out with a .17 cal rimfire. I've never seen one except in pictures, but I'm imagining a Daisy pellet gun would do nearly as much damage.

.17 cal rimfire

.17 centerfire.

No, you're wrong. .17 gr (about, the cal, a coincidence)@ about 2550 fps generates some energy, in the 250 fps neighborhood.

Not you brothers daisy. Makes a mess of ballistic gelatin.
