"Don't act like we are not entitled to a city!" Actually 'they' already have most of the older cities in the country. Which is why most of those cities are going down the tubes. The only real differences are caused by the proportion of the suburban areas incorporated in the city. In Atlanta, almost none are, so it has a strictly nonwhite politics.
