Shortly after 9-11, (if memory serves) Jordanean officials captured a Pakistani trying to get into Israel. The Paki had a "nuclear device" in his backpack. I never saw much additional information on that news report. Even so, some "devices" are out there and are portable. Since no additional details of the device were apparently released, it's difficult to know what kind of damage the "device" could have caused.

I think it pretty good evidence that they don't have nukes or they would have used them on 9/11 or in Israel. Don't seems like type that hold an ace in the hole very long.
