Accused of sexually assaulting three male teenage students, the founder and principal of a private Islamic school has lost custody of his children to his wife -- who has admitted she was present during one alleged incident, The Sun has learned.
In a family court judgment released yesterday, an Ontario justice said a Toronto-area Children's Aid Society became involved after the police charged the man with assaulting three youths -- 15 to 18 years old -- between 1995 and SON WATCHED
The justice ordered that the mother is to have care and custody of the children supervised by the CAS with some conditions, including one prohibiting the father from living with his family without written CAS approval.
At least one complainant reported that the founder's eldest son "watched some of the sexual encounters at the request of his father," the justice wrote.
SEXUAL ENCOUNTER
The man's wife stated her "husband orchestrated a sexual encounter involving her, her husband and one of the students named B," the justice wrote.
The wife likened B's relationship with her husband to that of a father and son, the justice said.
The wife also told investigators that it was "culturally acceptable for students to massage the head and feet of their teachers.
She observed students massaging her husband, but sometimes the massage extended to his inner thigh, groin area and genitals," the justice wrote.
The father was committed for trial in February on five sex-related charges involving the three students, while two charges involving his eldest son were dismissed after a preliminary hearing.
Nothing to see here, according to Gay Rights, the Left, and the Libertine Party.
...she just never specified WHICH head.
The PC term for this is now "peace?"
