Not even Feldman has hinted at this.

Would it help - or hinder - Feldman's case, if true? If (and it's a big "if") there was a prior relationship, wouldn't that make it more likely that DW might know his way around the VD's house? And if Feldman plans to show that DW couldn't have known his way around that house, I don't think it would help to say that DW might have had grounds for being in there, in an intimate fashion.

The evidence so far does not indicate DW and BvD had some kind of relationship. The theory that a relationship existed because the defense would conceal it for tactical reasons doesn't persuade me. (Doesn't sound legal either)

Bartender says BVD was not drunk, as she was "aware" of what of going on around her. Was not acting like a drunk person.

Last time bartender saw DW, DW was leaving, about 1030ish.

I think when this first came up, so to speak, was in reference to a story that a neighbor and his/her gardner had on separate occasions seen Brenda going in to the RV.

It was also reported that the Lab guys had determined that the inside of the RV was, shall we say, ahem, a repository of sorts. Ah, well he is single and likes weekend trips.
