QUOTE OF THE DAY: History has called our nation into action. History has placed a great challenge before us: Will America -- with our unique position and power -- blink in the face of terror, or will we lead to a freer, more civilized world? There's only one answer: This great country will lead the world to safety, security, peace and freedom.

Howdy, Nope, I just got on the computer. Our daughter is down here and she was doing some research and I took it away from her to read the comments about President Bush's speech. How is that for timing? I don't know if you know but she broke her foot very early Sunday morning and is going to have to have a pin put in Tuesday. Sounds like a lot of fun!!!! She has taken over our little bitty tv in the den since our big screen one is still in the shop where it has been for over a month. I miss it!!! You have to be right in front of this tiny thing we brought up from downstairs. We are hoping to get the big one back tomorrow since they are testing it now!!! MamaB

Hopeful bump for more than that.

Great, and it seems our President threw the Senate an unexpected call to duty, action...this should be fun to watch.
Leave it to George to get people to focus on getting results.
How's life been for you CS?
We're deep into boxing up stuff for the move to our house. We should sign "zah pay-pirs" either tomorrow or Monday...this is SO exciting.
George is taking on Homeland Security, and we're securing a new homeland. ;-)

Is the rug out being cleaned? Look at the rug in the photo with Ridge.
I loved the setting of the speech in the cross hall, it made his voice so authoritive! Perfect for the announcement.
