That makes me think he is going to write a book on Foster. I don't there is any ambiguity on this.

I have one jaded comment to make: the demographics of the jurors of any trial that may develop from this investigation (Foster's) will be similar to the demographics of the OJ jury. We're talking about a "Fed" case in Washington, DC! The first time I ever experienced racism (and I went to an all black pre-school in DC) was from a black female when I was in my early 20's (ala OJ Simpson juror. And no one should forget Johnny Cochran's comment before the trial to just give him a majority black female jury and he'd get OJ off!) She called me every 'white' epitaph you can imagine. The reason was beyond comprehension - I was working for free at her relative's wedding and she accused me of trying to steal the top of her relative's wedding cake. Of course she was making a bogus argument to provoke a fight. It was ALL COLOR and no rationality!

I suspect this is what motivated Starr too.

It's possible, but I think that the main thing motivating Starr was the fact that he -- in an effort to be fair to the Democrats -- hired several rabidly partisan Democrats to work in top positions. He even placed Mark Tuohey in charge of the Washington Office of the Independent Counsel. Fat lot of good it did Starr to be fair to the Democrats.

Furhmans stock went up greatly today regardless of what others may say. Let us hold out hope that he will persue certian clinton deaths and such....

I do know for a fact that if he had not gotten involved in moxley case we never would have seen today!!!

Thanks for posting this. Anyone with any grey matter and a little honesty knows that Vince Foster's death was fishy and still inadequately explained. Fuhrman sounds like the right guy to go find out what really happened. Now that Skakel has been convicted though, watch for the knives to really come out against Fuhrman. I wish him good luck and Godspeed.

I don't want to speak for the poster, but it is the view of some (probably including me, I confess) that Terry Reed's book "Compromised" is essentially accurate. In that book he alleges that Clinton as well as Bush42 and "two of the Bush sons" were heavily involved in the drug trade using CIA resources.

That would explain a lot of Arkancides, coverups by both political parties, etc.

There are more benign explanations for those events I suppose, but I haven't found any of them compelling. But, I will try to keep an open mind. :-)

This would have merit except none of the evidence used to convict Skakel was anything Furman came up with.

True. However, there's no denying that Furhman was able to galvanize interest in the case through his book. He made the Greenwich cops look like a bunch of losers. That had an impact in empaneling the grand jury and getting this case to trial.

Well Bingo - I think OJ got off because Nicole was WHITE! And the jurors were mostly black females - who'll intimidate the HELL out of anyone - especially if they are a majority. And I don't mean to generalize - it's a certain personality type. Condi Rice should be a role model for all young black women!
