At the time [age 21], Padilla was described as being 5-feet-10 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. Does this match the John Doe #2 stats?

Don't mean to be too hard on Broward. Remember the Dade/Broward/Palm Beach are the axis of evil of the Sunshine State.
Despite a shared identity, at least to outsiders, I always found it interesting that none of those counties want anything to do with one another. Palm Beach looks down on Broward, which looks down on Dade, etc...

Thanks.
Im not an expert on OKC (though there are many on FR) but heres a thread with the trial evidence drawing (Post #140) of the middle eastern man.
From various other sources:
"One resident told Dallas FBI Agent Jim Ellis that the driver was clean-shaven, with an olive complexion, dark wavy hair, and broad shoulders,
foreign-looking man with an olive complexion and thick black curly hair poking out of a ball cap
I'll leave the rest to the experts...

After his release from jail in 1992, Padilla continued to get in occasional scrapes with the law until he left Florida in 1998 for overseas, authorities said. He is believed to have lived and traveled in Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Middle East, officials said.He was on probation from Aug. 5, 1992, to Aug. 4, 1993, in Broward County, according to Sterling Ivey, spokesman for the Florida Department of Corrections.

Okay, given this, and the resemblance to the sketch of John Doe #2, we need to take a closer look at that possibility. This might not be much, but it's worth a much closer look at this point in time, IMHO.
