As should every Board of Education member and school administrator be randomly tested. They are being entrusted with the health care of our kids (with this new ruling) and therefore must be above question regarding their own fitness for that purpose. Since they are the ones that promote this type of program, and 'surely' they have nothing to hide, they should be happy to oblige.

So we can willy-nilly demand of kids to pee in a cup, without suspicion of wrongdoing, BUT convicted California convicts can use privacy rights to avoid having their blood drawn for the California DNA database.
Convicted criminals, currently encarcerated, have the OPTION of having their blood taken... but high school kids, under NO suspicion, have to pee in cups? We're really starting to destroy our country, folks.
"In the laaaand of the Freeeee! And the home.... of the.... braaaaaave!" (now go pee in a cup for me, Johnny).
