These photos show Lynnfield grandmother Phyllis Porter, left, in June 2000 - just prior to undergoing major cosmetic surgery - and right, in January 2001, after the marathon procedure was completed.

The difference is amazing, I think I'd cry if my grandmother did this to herself.
Also, skin ages and no plastic surgery can ever hide the 'texture' skin get as people age...kinda like hair luster.

it is just plain UNNATURAL for an 82 y.o. to look like that!

Boston plastic surgeon Sheldon Sevinor did Porter's marathon makeover two years ago at the Mass. Eye & Ear Infirmary. They don't keep records but the Lynnfield grandmother may be the oldest patient to ever undergo such dramatic cosmetic surgeryWell, it won't be long before Cher becomes the world's oldest plastic person. And I bet it won't take much time at all for Ms.Porter's "youth" to collapse back on to itself. I wish her luck.

Ok, I admit she looks great......but does she still have that "old person" smell?
