The US is using Jordan as a staging ground to attack Iraq while Al-Qaeda is using Jordan as a staging ground to attack Israel and US targets.......and the King himself. Somethings got to give. If Al-Qaeda overthrows Hussein before we overthrow Saddam... Iraq and Al-Qaeda will have a clear route right up to Israel's borders. A combined force of Al-Qaeda, Iraqi army and millions of Palestinians together right up to the Jordan river. If this group is defeated however, Israel could push all the Palestinians back to Jordan and claim that's their country now. This is crunch time. Jordan is the new battleground. King Hussein might be assasinated soon.....that would be very troubling. Jordan is the new battleground.

I thought that King Hussein died in Feb 1999 and was replaced by his son King Abdullah. These references to King Hussein make no sense to me.
