Most Nigerian tribes consider unwanted displays of nudity by wives, mothers or grandmothers as an extremely damning protest measure that can inspire a collective source of shame for those at whom the action is directed.Inspires the same reaction at most family water parks, too...

Hmmm... So much for guns. Think this trick would work here in the USA: "Don't anyone make a move... If you do, you'll leave me no choice but to remove my own clothes..."

If they are anything like the ones in National Geographic, they will have to make an effort not to trip over their own nipples.

Sounds like these women are flirting with an appearance before a war crimes tribunal.

If you think about a whole volume of National Geographic foldout rejects, this is a powerful image. I'd give almost anything for them to keep their clothes on.
I confess the same strategy would NOT apply if Cindy Crawford were to deliver the ultimatum.

Boy does that bring back memories.
Thank God Hugh Heffner came along. ;)

They range in age.. to 90 - with the core group being.. aged 40 or older
I can see why authorities don't want to provoke them.

But wait a minute, I thought African women went around with no clothes all the time, if you believe National Geographic...

I prepared myself before looking and still was stunned into silence at that picture......
