I agree 100%. I had never seen Ann on TV before, and I thought she came across as extremely sharp and articulate. Phil made it more difficult for her with his incoherent blabbering. He was so overwhelmed with her evil he couldn't even complete a sentence. He just kept spouting random fragments like "Whitewater!" "Enron!" "You impeached him!" The only time he mentioned was the book was when he said he felt "assualted" after reading it. (Which I suppose is appropriate, since he personifies everything Ann has said about liberals.) Ann had to courtesy to respond to everything he said, withouting neglecting to mention how stupid his "questions" were.
For example, Phil kept pressing on this rumor (started by the highly credible David Brock) that Ann had played Linda Tripp's Monica tapes at a holiday party at her house. He was more stubborn then my dog with one of her raw hides. Ann snapped back, "Are you still beating your wife?" It was right before the break, so she got the last word.
By the way, as anyone else noticed the fact that Ann is, like, HOT?

Phil accused her of all the lies Brock wrote about her (anti-Semite, played the Lewinsky-Tripp tapes at a party) and generally made Ann's point about libs: all they do is attack and not argue on point. MSNBC has a transcript of it...
