Its not like he's going to end up on a park bench somewhere (although he might wind up in the pokey before that). He'll likely get a fat talk radio or TV talk show contract. Trafficant will not have to worry where his next meal is coming from.

I don't believe we've heard the last of his one-minute speeches. Just the venue will change.

I don't think that is the way it went. I read in the Plain Dealer that the judge ruled Detore and other witness could not testify. Looking for the link now...

One can only hope but will his show be called "The Jim Trafficant Show" or "Beam Me Up?" BTW, are you all sure that Traficant will be speaking on CSPAN at 6 EST? I have CSPAN on now and no indication that this will be happening.

One Jim Traficant is = to 20 conservative judges(even assuming they could ever be approved).
