I firmly believe everything will come out and people are going to be shocked the amount of corruption that has taken place in D.C. under the clintons! Agreed... and you know what? The average American is a lot sharper than the chattering classes on TV, in the big cities, and in the media- have ever realized.
Years ago, I heard a local good ol' boy caller to the local talk show refer to clinton as "That one-man Crime Wave..." and this was long before most of the sleaze had leaked out.

Most of the "News Channels on Cable" come HERE--to FR--to learn what "the Citizens" REALLY BELIEVE to be the TRUE status of our "Current Affairs!"
WE are the True, "Sense of the People, & WE are the Best, Uncensored, "Voice" of "The People!!"
I make this claim with all humility; from my observations of the actions of our "Current Media," I Believe that "FR" is their current source of "Breaking News," & NOW represents Their Perception of the "Attitude" of the American People!!"
At Least "They" are beginning to "get IT Right!!"

Asking brokaw, jennings, and rather to expose democrat corruption, is like asking hillary to expose all the dirty deeds of the bent one. Good luck, Cong. Foley, you may have to wait tell hell freezes.

It's pretty pathetic when the GOP with all of it's resources has to resort to begging the networks to cover a story.
The GOP should just buy 90 second info spots on the leftist news broadcasts and tell the story themselves.
It should be a regular thing, countering the leftist propaganda of the ABCCBSNBCCNN with commercials broadcast on the very same shows that basically say that the anchor people aren't reporting on a particular story because they are biased.
It would piss off Dan Rather and his cronies and accomplish GOP objectives.

It is pathetic that Rubin and Clinton and Gore are getting away with this.

Freedom of the Press is an incomplete expresion. For the liberal media, the complete expression is: FREEDOM OF THE PRESS TO MANUFACTURE, CREATE, DISTORT, AND SPIN THE FACTS ACCORDING TO THEIR WISHES.

...am I the only one who has the hots for Patti Anne Browne from Fox News?Get on line.

Hmmmm?? Why doesn't someone contact him and tell him FR will investigate. Besides, we could hire Patrick Knowlton - he's a private investigator. Wouldn't that be a hoot!!!

I just wrote a letter to David Broder, who is often called the "Dean of the Washington Press Corps" and who writes for the Washington Post. In yesterday's Post he called Robert Rubin a man "whose judgment and integrity are praised by Republicans and Democrats alike".
Broder mentioned not one damned word about the phone calls and he did not mention one damned word about the connection between Citigroup and Enron.
So much for the "Dean of the Washington Press Corps" - the friggin hypocrite.

Broder obviously wants to continue to be able to use Rubin as a source. Well, he's equally obviously behind the curve if he thinks Rubin will be a credible source after a couple of weeks from now.

Good for Mr. Foley.
We need to put the pressure on. I think I will follow his lead and write a letter to the editors of my local rag. I am no Congressman, but every little bit of pressure helps.
