Clinton's signed statement says the following: "I will not seek any legal fees incurred as a result of the Lewinsky investigation to which I might otherwise become entitled under the Independent Counsel Act."

I assume the operative word here that Clinton will use to shred the effectiveness of this document is "Lewinsky". That sucks. ;)

a. Himself was found guilty of contempt of court by a federal judge, for what some might call blatent perjury and obstruction of justice.

2. In his final report, the Independent Counsel (Ray, not Starr) reported his certainty that Herself had perjured Herself in her grand jury testimony.

Curious that, as a reputable news-gathering and reporting organization, they would overlook such salient facts...
