No surprise here- the indpendent council law allows the reimbursement of attorney's fees if the subject of the investigation is not indicted. Reagan and Bush both were reimbursed, so this is not exactly news other than the fact the amount of reimbursement will be quite large compared to what Ronaldus Maximus and GHWB received.

Did Hillary ever pay back the White House...the taxpayers...for her travels? Are we sure they weren't using lawyers on taxpayer's money? Have they been charged for the things they took off AFO? Did we pay for their moves to their new homes? Aren't we paying for their office space now? Doesn't Hillary have the most expensive office and why are we paying for it in the first place...she was not the president or the VP, since when did the American people start paying for first ladies (?) office space?

The problem with this is that Clinton requested that an Independent Councilor be appointed so that he could get all the accusations behind closed doors. How can he claim that he wouldn't have been investigated?
