PBS: "We've decided that if AIDS becomes a more serious problem for U.S. children....."
So exactly how does Sesame Street determine what constitutes "a more serious problem for U.S. children"? Gee, the number of children with AIDS has increased by 0.001% over the past year, so it's a much more serious problem....
