My wife's Buick Park Avenue weighs 4350 pounds and gets 30 MPG at 70 MPH on cruise control; my neighbors classic 1979 VW "Triple-White" convertible weighs 1820 pounds and gets 28 MPG at 60 MPH; he would die if I hit his VW with my wife's "ghetto-cruiser", as he calls it.
