I support his "freedom of expression!" The First Amendment works BOTH ways...it also means that I have as mucht right to be offensive in my speech as the Lib-Socialists are!

Your right to Free Speech CANNOT infringe on my right to be left alone. No one, not even the prof, has the right to say anything and everything under Amendment I -- check out libel and slander laws.
Judges have been known to make bad decisions, this is one, IMMGAHO. *Monica* and *Lewinsky* are no longer words making up an anonymous name, they most definitely are used with a sexual connotation. Just review the threads here at FR, skits on SNL, etc., wherein people call the type of service Monicow performed as "getting a lewinsky."
Your right to be left alone also means that you can walk away, or transfer out of his class and report him to the school administartion (who in most cases would LOVE to have an excuse to remove anyone not liberal). Your right to be left alone does NOT mean I must shut up, unless I am causing a public disturbance...which THIS is not the case...

Well, where were HER parents to raise the ruckus? Would YOU allow your child to grow up as some shrinking violet, or would they give as good as they got? Would your child RUN to the courts instead of the schools/media? No, I think not. You seem to be Conservative, which means you know how to handle situations. My point is, free speech is just that...remember Voltaire? The man may be boorish or a "thug", but he has the RIGHT! You have the right to call him on it, and have abuses corrected, but NOT to remove his feedom of speech! If the administration smacked him/fired him/made him correct his actions, and no longer make refernces to this Lib, he then had the choice of complying or quitting...he now is forced to choose LEGALLY. Technically, he could fight it out and win in a real court, but given the MASSIVE stacking on the courts of LIBS, he'd probably get screwed.

I strongly disagree. Your political beliefs color everything that you do. If you support clinton, as this young woman obviously did, then you agree with everything that he did to this country and the way he did it. If someone is a democrat they should be scorned and subjected to whatever abuse comes to mind. They are enemies of our country ad our way of life. We got into the sad state we are in because we tolerated these enemies in the first place.
As I implied in my previous post, this women is a slut and a whore (who else would support clinton) and deserved to be treated like one.
It is never harrassment to state the truth.

You're correct in one thing. Politics isn't everything. It is however a good indicator of general moral fiber. You can have correct politics and still be worthless. However you will always be worthless if you have incorrect politics. See the difference?
