Well, duh. It's their locater map of Middle East dealers. I guess I would expect it to be a map of the Middle East.

Hint: Western Union uses the same map.

You're missing the point. Note which country doesn't appear, and which one does in its place.
To: JohnathanRGalt
,,, BMW is a producer for world markets. There's oil money, there's agricultural money, there's industrial money and on and on it goes. In my little corner of the world though,
this made me puke.
To: JohnathanRGalt
Map shows Palistine as having a border with Lebanon and existing wholly North of Israel. Bad Geography.

You're missing the point. Note which country doesn't appear, and which one does in its place. Well, knock me down with a feather and call me stupid. I did not look at that part of the map at all. I was focusing on the "oil" angle of the title.
Thanks for setting me straight.

Scared me, I thought it was a similar Ford map.
After seeing at least a bit of the error of his ways, think the old man would be a Zionist?

Now you don't think they would purposely leave Israel off of the map, do you? They'd never do that. Nothing to see here, move along. (/sarcasm)
To: NonZeroSum
yep, i noticed that also. what riles me is that my husband and i both have BMWs. if we realized there weren't BMW dealers in israel we would have spent our money elsewhere.
To: contessa machiaveli
Mercedes-Benz doesn't have a dealership in Israel, either. Maybe German cars don't sell well there for some reason.
