One has to entangle the particles, separate them, at less than the speed of light, and then, once separated, start measuring properties. The last part could communicate information at greater than the speed of light.

I'm betting against it. Non-locality may be a fact, but taming it for communications is another ballgame. I bet you run up against the wall of indeterminancy. The particles may be intangled, but the process of measuring their state will smother the signal in noise.

Einstein meant well. The speed of light is very slow when compared to the speed of other things. When we are able to identify those other things it will be very evident. We have a long way to go.
