You have FReepmail!
Best.
I apologize to everyone for the delay. It is due to a larger than expected demand for Vol. II, but even more so to a print-on-demand promotion the distributor is doing that gives a discount to retailers for certain quantity print orders. I believe they are holding orders until they reach that amount so they can get the discount.
For books like mine that use print on demand and do not have truly huge sales, apparently it is causing a wait.
I hope and trust it will clear itself up soon. Again, to you and Mrs.Meads and to all waiting, I apologize and wish there was more I could do. I know you are going to really like Vol. II.
In the mean time, I am hard at work on Vol. III.
God bless you guys up north there and thanks again for your support.
FRegards.
I finished volume I and am a little way into Ann Coulter's Slander, all the while Dragon's Fire volume II sits waiting, breathing, on my shelf. But not only does this reading order break my rules and feelings well-being in that a spoonful of sugar (light fiction) helps the medicine go down. Though I love Ann Coulter and her book, I can't stop thinking about Volume II.
Voume I is so awesome I have no doubt Volume II will capture anyone who enjoyed the first. Except for the time being, you've ruined me for reading anything else.
Well, we'll just have to keep spreading the word 'til the numbers get right!
In the mean time, would you mind entering those same sentiments into Amazon as a review of sorts for Volume II? That is a powerful statement and I hope you don't mind if I use it annonymously on my site.
You're going to love Vol. II ... and I am far enough into Vol. III to be able to say it's only getting better!
Best FRegards.
Okay, but I'll probably take 'Jefforino' out if it's all right with you.
Cool!!
I'll leave it off the one I put on my site as well.
Thanks.
And here's the latest reader review, form our own FReeper Scinecediet:
Usually I like to read heavy, light, heavy, light, which generally means fact, fiction, fact, fiction. But this author has me in a bind. That's an awesome review. Hard for me to believe that people are writing things like that about my books. I hope I can live up to it and continue the string of such comments in successive volumes.
I finished volume I and am a little way into Ann Coulter's Slander, all the while Dragon's Fury volume II sits waiting, breathing, on my shelf. But not only does this reading order break my rules and feelings well-being in that a spoonful of sugar (light fiction) helps the medicine go down. Though I love Ann Coulter and her book, I can't stop thinking about Jeff Head's Volume II.
Volume I is so awesome I have no doubt Volume II will capture anyone who enjoyed the first. However, if you react like I did, you'll be ruined for reading anything else until the Dragon's Fury is behind you.
I believe Volume II does ... and am into Volume III now.
Best FRegards.
Cheers.
Volume II, Trodden Under, is now available on Amazon in MSReader format as well so your timing couldn't be better.
Breath of Fire - Trodden Under, Volume II. MSReader format on Amazon
I look forward to your thoughts and comments and hope, if you enjoy the read, that you will consider a review on Amazon, if you are so inclined. Also, if you agree with the underlying messages the books are trying to project, please spread the word!
Best Fregards.
