As months go by, I find myself tending to the "OBL is dead" school of thought.

Hard to imagine that, given our interest in finding him, we wouldn't have succeeded if he were still alive. Also, given his megalomania, I have to assume he wouldn't be able to resist opportunity to tweak the USA with an in-your-face "I'm still alive" videotape.

I think you're right -- he doesn't seem to have that kind of self-control.
