Sorry. We'll be too busy destroying authentic societies by bringing electricity to them to attack Iraq this year.

Easy answer: President Bush.
and the guilt-ridden president will execute the two-part Zimbabwe strategy:
1) say nothing while the white farmers are slaughtered and driven from their land. Then
2) when Zimbabwe faces massive starvation, the compassionate president will send a massive aid package
through the U.N. of course.
