Out of depths of sorrow and sacrifice will be born again the glory of mankind. - Winston Churchill

Amen!

Thank God No. 10 Downing Street is occupied by a man worthy of Churchill's legacy in these critical times. Whether or not his party likes it, PM Blair is one of the best conservatives out there today! ;o)

<< Tell Tony to fire away at Mob Boss Clinton. >>

Turd-Way Tony and his fellow mass-murdering war-criminal Neo-Axis co-perpetrator, little-boss Bubbafoucco, were/are peas in a pod.

Identical twins.

But Bubba's gone and Turd-way, although abjectly irrellevent in the scheme of things, is but an oily opportunist struggling KKKli'tonesquely for a "legacy" beyond that already well earned for criminally attacking Christian Serbia, for lying once great Britain into the EUROnal [Euro Block] -- and for his ongoing cravenly-cowardly appeasement of the grandiosely self styled "i r a."]

So he will pretend to support America's President and Armed Forces Commander In Chief, George Walker Bush.

And, as already occurred during America's Afghanistan Invasion and Expedition, America's President and Armed Forces Commander In Chief, George Walker Bush will pretend to let him.

And the ANZACs will, thank God! -- bring up the Rear!

The Euro-press is lying. There is no majority opinion against the US and Bush in Europe...the majority of Europeans are on our side. Euro-Clymers.

....a poll released earlier this week, from the German Marshall Fund, on European attitudes toward US foreign policy. In a survey of 6,001 Europeans from Britain, France, Germany, Poland, Italy, and the Netherlands, the GMF found that only 25% of respondents are flatly opposed to an invasion of Iraq. By contrast, 60% favored war, provided the US secure acquiescence from allies and the United Nations, while 65% believe that international terrorism is the greatest threat to their national interests.

"Despite recent press reports of rising anti-Americanism in Europe and an impending trans-Atlantic split," wrote the poll's authors, "at the public level, Europeans are in broad agreement when it comes to the war on terrorism, Iraq, and a host of other international issues."

Thank you Ivan, and thank you, Mr. Blair. He may be a "Third Way" socialist-lite, but I do believe him when he says what he's said about backing us up in the War on Terror.

So, the Brits are onboard. Let's see, we get the Canadians with us, the Aussies, and the Kiwis, and Saddam is in a world of pain when we drop the hammer!

Maybe I'm mixing up Schroeder with the Italian P.M. is why I thought he was conservative. Or maybe in Europe all you get are socialists and even more left wing crazies, so he looks conservative in comparison.

Who's Schroeder running against? Is his opposition right or left of Schroeder?

Schroeder's Social Democrats are running against Stoiber's Christian Democrats, which are supposedly more right wing but you'd never really tell the difference.

Germany has some very deep problems as you can see.

Blair is the best, not only because of this, but because I watch PM's question time. If I could, I would vote for him as long as he is PM. Period.

Mr Blair also agreed that Britain's willingness to "pay the blood price" was part of the special relationship with America.

What our "allies" need to understand, a la FRAM commercials...."you can pay me now, or you can pay me later"...ALL will pay a blood price - either in defense of freedom and liberty, or as a consequence of not defending freedom and liberty.

Either way, all will have to pay a price.

Germany "reabsorbed" half of it's country after the inhabitants had been subjected to brainwashing for a half century by communists. That's gotta be an impossible situation to deal with politically. I think I'd rather have half the country occupied by Mexicans than former East Germans, given a choice. Although it doesn't seem like we've been given a choice either.
