Actually it is more than just her word. When her roommate at the convention came back to the room, Juanita was shaken, bloodied, and swollen. The bellboy had not been in the room. A repairman had not been in the room. A manager had not been in the room. The only person who had been in the room was the attorney general. It is not really too difficult to determine who did it.
